"“Budget friendly hotel” I have stayed at this hotel numerous times while visiting my uf student. I alway look for clean hotel for a good price. The general manager Mike Patel is friendly and very accommodating. Since our first stay He has treated us like he knows us personally. This hotel is clean and great location for runs back and forth to UF. I can visit UF often and not spend a fortune on lodging. Small refrigerators and microwaves in room. And laundry room available."

"“Pretty Decent Budget Friendly Hotel” We stayed during Florida/Florida State during Thanksgiving weekend. The staff was friendly and the manager, who had checked us in, went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and commented that if we have any trouble to let him or the front desk staff know at anytime. I don't think many hotels really do that to the same extent. It was more of a welcome then some of the bigger hotel chains I've stayed at for work. The room was clean and decent and the rate was affordable to us for a big game weekend. Although it was a bit late in the year to actually use the pool it is also a nice feature of the property. They had coffee and danish for breakfast but again it's a budget hotel. They also have free wireless internet. They're really close to the UF campus, Shands, and the VA hospital. There's a Chinese restaurant next to the office and there are a few places within walking distance. There are many restaurants 5 minutes away on Archer."
